Program & Team Package
The 2027 CYOJ Hit Lab 13U Baseball Academy team package is $2,500 per athlete.
The Academy is designed to combine competitive baseball, team practices, player development, training opportunities, uniforms and gear, and access to CYOJ Hit Lab during the applicable membership period.
The package currently includes:
- 10 tournaments for the 2027 season.
- Team insurance.
- GameChanger Premium.
- Two team training days each week at CYOJ Hit Lab.
- One team practice each week at Geer Park.
- One pitching clinic per month with Coach Brett Evert.
- Two uniforms, socks and belt, team hat and warmup jacket.
- CYOJ Hit Lab membership for the period described below.
The current 2027 season plan includes 10 tournaments. Specific tournament dates, tournament selections, practice schedules, locations, events and other Academy programming may be adjusted as the season develops based on scheduling, field or facility availability, weather, player safety and other reasonable program considerations.

Payment Options
Families may satisfy the $2,500 team-package amount by selecting either the pay-in-full option or the installment plan made available through the Academy payment page.
When the installment option is selected, the payment method used through Stripe may be securely saved for the remaining scheduled installments. A later installment is not intended to be processed until the prior required payment has been confirmed as paid.
Additional payment, cancellation, refund or withdrawal provisions are governed by the Academy's applicable payment and cancellation policy.
Section 03
Hit Lab Membership
The 2027 13U Baseball Academy team package includes a CYOJ Hit Lab Academy membership for the athlete from August 1, 2026 through August 1, 2027.
Current membership benefits include:
- Unlimited use of CYOJ Hit Lab during regular business hours.
- After-hours access when that access option becomes available.
- 10% off eligible camps and clinics.
- 10% off eligible merchandise.
- Access to the Academy training environment and applicable athlete-development opportunities.
Facility use remains subject to CYOJ Hit Lab scheduling, availability, operating procedures, facility rules and applicable athlete-waiver requirements.
Section 04
Athlete Waiver Requirement
A current CYOJ Hit Lab Athlete Waiver must be completed for the athlete before participation in applicable Hit Lab activities or facility use.
The Athlete Waiver is completed separately through the CYOJ Hit Lab waiver process. Submission of a team payment does not replace the requirement to complete the current Athlete Waiver.
Academy families must complete the required Athlete Waiver before the athlete's Hit Lab membership access and digital membership card are fully activated.
Section 05
Practices, Training & Locations
The 13U Academy's current weekly training structure includes three team training days: two team training days at CYOJ Hit Lab and one team practice at Geer Park.
CYOJ Hit Lab serves as the program's West Salem indoor training facility. Geer Park serves as the team's primary outdoor practice location.
Specific practice days, times and locations may be adjusted based on field availability, facility availability, weather, scheduling needs, player safety and other reasonable season considerations.
Section 06
Player & Family Expectations
The 13U Academy is a player-development program built around preparation, effort, fundamentals, accountability, confidence and team participation.
Players and families are expected to follow applicable Academy communications, team expectations, facility rules, safety requirements and reasonable instructions from Academy coaches, staff and facility personnel.
Academy participation does not guarantee a particular position, batting-order placement, inning count, pitching assignment, tournament role or amount of playing time. Baseball decisions may be based on development, preparation, team needs, safety and competitive factors.
Section 07
Program Changes
Baseball seasons may be affected by weather, field availability, tournament scheduling, opponent availability, facility availability, player safety, staffing and other circumstances outside the Academy's direct control.
CYOJ Hit Lab may make reasonable changes to schedules, locations, training formats, tournament selections and program logistics when necessary to operate the Academy or respond to changing season conditions.
Section 08
Separate Policies & Requirements
This Academy Agreement should be reviewed together with other applicable CYOJ Hit Lab and Academy documents, including facility rules, payment and cancellation terms, privacy practices and the current CYOJ Hit Lab Athlete Waiver.
If a separate policy applies specifically to payments, cancellations, refunds, facility use, privacy or safety, that policy governs that subject in conjunction with this Academy Agreement.
