Section 01
Full-Season Financial Commitment
The total 2027 CYOJ Hit Lab 13U Baseball Academy team-package amount is $1,995 per athlete.
Once the athlete's Academy roster spot has been accepted and the initial required payment has been successfully completed, the family is financially responsible for the full $1,995 team-package amount.
The financial commitment applies whether the family chooses to pay the entire amount at once or selects the available installment plan.

Payment Options
Families may choose either the pay-in-full option or the installment option displayed on the 13U Academy payment page.
Section 03
Installment Authorization
When the installment plan is selected, the payer authorizes the initial $1,000 payment and the remaining scheduled installments shown in this policy and during checkout.
The payment method used through Stripe may be securely saved for the remaining scheduled installments. CYOJ Hit Lab does not directly store the payer's complete card or bank-account credentials.
The scheduled installment amounts are:
- $500 scheduled for November 1, 2026.
- $495 scheduled for February 1, 2027.
A later scheduled installment is not intended to be processed until the prior required payment has been confirmed as paid.
Section 04
Voluntary Withdrawal
If an athlete voluntarily withdraws, quits or otherwise chooses not to continue with the 13U Baseball Academy after the roster spot has been accepted and the initial required payment has been successfully completed, the withdrawal does not cancel the family's remaining financial obligation.
Voluntary withdrawal does not cancel scheduled installments or release the family from the unpaid portion of the $1,995 season-package commitment.
This policy applies because Academy expenses and commitments may be incurred based on accepted roster spots, including tournament planning, team insurance, uniforms and gear, training resources, facility access and other season-related program costs.
Section 05
Non-Refundable Payments
Payments already made toward the 2027 13U Baseball Academy team package are non-refundable following acceptance of the roster spot and successful completion of the initial required payment, except where CYOJ Hit Lab approves an exception in writing or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Missing practices, games, tournaments, training opportunities, clinics or other scheduled activities due to an athlete's personal schedule, voluntary absence, family decision, transportation issue or voluntary withdrawal does not automatically create a right to a refund, credit or reduction of the remaining team-package balance.
Section 06
Extraordinary Circumstances
A family experiencing extraordinary circumstances may submit a written request to CYOJ Hit Lab asking that the remaining financial obligation or a prior payment be reviewed.
Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. Any exception, credit, refund, payment adjustment or release from a remaining balance must be specifically approved by CYOJ Hit Lab in writing.
CYOJ Hit Lab may evaluate such requests individually based on the circumstances, timing, costs already committed or incurred, and other relevant program considerations.
Medical issues, relocation, schedule conflicts, participation in another team or program, changes in personal preference, or other circumstances do not automatically cancel the family's full-season financial commitment.
Section 07
Program & Schedule Changes
Tournament selections, practice schedules, training locations, event dates and other Academy programming may change during the season because of weather, facility availability, field availability, tournament availability, scheduling needs, player safety or other operational considerations.
Reasonable program or scheduling changes do not automatically cancel the family's season-package commitment or create an automatic right to a refund.
This provision addresses ordinary operational and scheduling changes. Any circumstances involving cancellation of the Academy program itself will be addressed separately by CYOJ Hit Lab as appropriate and consistent with applicable law.
Section 08
Written Withdrawal Notice
Families who decide that an athlete will no longer participate in the 13U Baseball Academy should provide written notice to CYOJ Hit Lab as soon as reasonably possible.

Providing withdrawal notice allows the Academy to update team planning and communications. Withdrawal notice itself does not cancel or reduce the remaining financial obligation unless CYOJ Hit Lab separately approves an adjustment in writing.
Section 09
Relationship to Other Academy Terms
This Payment & Cancellation Policy should be reviewed together with the 2027 13U Baseball Academy Agreement, CYOJ Hit Lab facility rules, applicable privacy practices and the current CYOJ Hit Lab Athlete Waiver.
The payment terms selected and authorized during Stripe checkout are also part of the payer's financial authorization.
